Return Eligibility
You can request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
- Faulty items: If an item is faulty or does not work properly, contact us within 30 days with a brief description and photo/video of the issue. Once validated, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
- Not as described / change of mind: If you wish to return a non‑faulty item, contact us within 30 days. Return the goods in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply. A full refund will be issued upon inspection.
How to Request a Return
Email support@visitor-a.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Our team will respond with the next steps and a return address.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. We will initiate refund processing within 7 days to your original payment method (subject to your bank or card issuer). The overall return and refund will be completed within 30 days of receiving your returned goods.
