Orders & Returns

By placing an order with Visitor A, you agree to pay the listed price at checkout in your selected currency. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty. Faulty items may be refunded or replaced in line with your statutory rights.

After your return is received and inspected, we initiate refund processing within 7 days; the overall return and refund are completed within 30 days.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@visitor-a.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards via secure checkout. Prices shown include applicable taxes where stated. Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Warranty

Products are covered by a 30‑day hassle‑free returns policy for peace of mind. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
