Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Each order is shipped with a tracking number.
Shipping time
We currently provide standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
Notes
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, customs, or address inaccuracies. If you experience a delay, contact our support team and we will assist with updates.
Order cancellation and modification
You may request order changes or cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@visitor-a.com. After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped and changes may not be possible.
Shipping regions
We currently only ship within the UK. We are working on expanding into Canada and Australia.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact support@visitor-a.com.
Tracking shows delivered but not received
- Check with neighbours or building management to see if the parcel was accepted on your behalf.
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier for further details and proof of delivery/non‑delivery.
- Send us the carrier’s information so we can assist you promptly.
